An Real Estate company currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their agency. The agency market toward a boutique type of real estate market that is carter toward what the client needs. By joining the team will you be part of the exclusive club that provide specialized packaged for First Home Buyer, Investment Buyer, New Home Buyer, House & Land Package.
Your roles as property manager is to manage the client property and interest, including but not limited to:
Portfolio management;
Providing and delivering all aspects of Property Management including maintenance and repairs as required;
Work autonomous from your assignment;
Liasing with tenants and landlords;
Development and grow existing portfolio;
Administration duties;
Traveling to and fro.
This position require organisational and administrative skills, but most importantly, the skill to keep promise and meet deadlines.
