About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Agent to support our clients in Melbourne, Victoria and surrounding areas on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the property industry and a current Agents Representative Certificate.

This position might be demanding on your work schedule and experience is essential. The hours are long and requires a long-term commitment to the role.

Duties

• Signing sale agreement
• Appraising and listing property
• Build rapport
• Communication with all relevant parties involved
• Update contacting detail and reporting
• Opening and closing for inspection
• Auctioneer license and skill will be advantages
• Attention to details

Skills and Experience

• Reliable car and valid driver’s license as travel is frequently require
• Computer skill
• A genuine interest and/or experience in property sale
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Calm under pressure
• Diary and time management
